About the Event

For this week's session, we have wellness writer and Yogini, Carolyn Simon, sharing her deep knowledge about the science behind the Vinyasa asanas during a 40 minute class.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, this session will offer a variety of asanas to ensure the mind and body are aligned.

Some important points to remember :

- Please ensure you eat a few hours before the class so that your food is fully digested before the practice.

- For beginners, it would help if you place yourself close to a wall for extra support.

- Since we would be practicing and learning asanas, you should be seated in a comfortable position, on a soft surface or a yoga mat.

- The Class is multi-level, hence both beginners and advanced practitioners can join in!
